Dave: The Game

You know the rules, and so do I.

Coincidence, right?

About a week ago, I received notice that my application to use the trade name “Critical-Hits” was approved.

Today, I received a bunch of junk mail about accepting credit cards addressed to me c/o CriticalHits or just to CriticalHits.

Which means that the state government sells the list to advertisers.

  1. no.
it means newly registered trademarks are registered publicly, so people can search and know that THEY can’t be CH no mo’.

some people are just assmonkeys who watch the list and spam new arivals, I guess they’re good targets, just starting up. I just registered my company here in the UK and had a similar experience.

  4. And while we’re at it, any idea what I can do with just a trade name (and nothing else)?

  5. uhm… sue other people who have similar trade names?

the best bit of spam I got was from my own bank trying to get me to start up the account I ALREADY HAD.
